“ Beautiful!! We found this place on google on the morning of our visit we were staying down the road in a hotel and didn’t fancy a standard hotel breakfast.. so glad we ventured out! The cafe is beautifully decorated and a lovely atmosphere.. yes it was super busy but that’s what happens when you open a shop that has cute decor, amazing food and a cool vibe. We had pancakes one bacon one fruit... delicious, a few coffees and a green smoothie which was so good! 100% we will be returning customers. We even had a couple of cinnamon buns to take home for later. ”
“ Best Full English we had during our stay in the Cotswolds. The sausages were delicious, black pudding was crispy and the hush browns-full of flavour. Beware: the portions are massive. We ordered one to share and left the place more than satisfied. ”
“ They proud of “Best Breakfast in Town” but I don’t think so! Actually they’re the “Best Breakfast in the UK”! ”
“ I know my review really wont matter as they have enough 5 star reviews and local audiences that love the food. So I am not giving them a star, I would rather give 5 stars as well if that makes them happy. But - I am truly dissapointed. And the 5 star and ambience is exactly why we wanted to visit this place for our breakfast. We travelled all the way from London and wanted to reserve the table for 11 of us, it is fair that they do not reserve the table for 11 on weekends. We took 3 taxis and travelled to the place and the staff was very unfriendly. I don't know if it was just a bad day, but we were told "This isn't a good place for you, we are too busy and there is no point for you to wait, go somewhere else". We have been to several restaurants during this weekend trip and every time the places have been more than happy to let us wait and accomodate us in split tables or fragment 4 people a table but here were were simply told "the place is not good enough for you". Eventually went to a nearby cafe lounge ( i would not name or give credit ) but they were more friendlier and we had good brunch. I really hope we could visit this place as it is truly great by the pictures and reviews. ”
“ We recently visited with two of our dogs, and had such a perfect experience. We chose to sit in the outside area out the back, which was very pretty, and as the tables are spaced out, it felt very open and not cramped like so many places can be. The atmosphere was really cosy and friendly, and everyone seemed so happy and also having a lovely time. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, one lovely lady even brought out blankets for the dogs and offered them water, which was so kind. The food was brilliant, it arrived very quickly and was delicious. We will definitely be back in the future. ”
“ Absolutely fantastic breakfast, one of the best I’ve had, rapid service too. Very very good. If I had one small gripe...the pot of tea wasn’t hot enough for me with no option for it being hotter. ”
“ The birthday boy (that's me, that is) went here for lunch with friends, Georgeous and Margo. We all had a splendid time. The food was well cooked and well presented but what really made it great were the staff. Wonderful young ladies, sparkling conversation with personalities to match. A joy to share their company for a short while. Happy, smiling faces who gave the impression that they really enjoyed their Curious Cafe experience . ”
“ Went here on a quite Monday afternoon. Service was super fast, food delicious and the hot chocolate was great too. Had the French toast which was delicious the perfect amount of maple syrup. The naughty hot chocolate with Baileys was divine. Really well decorated in a garden theme. Lots of outdoor seating with cosy blankets and lighting. ”
